Your minimum involvement would include a 1-hour onboarding call, live (Zoom or in person) pre-production (usually 2-3 hours) and the time it takes to record your vocals (and instrument, if applicable).

Absolutely not! In the folk/Americana genre, authenticity counts. Will we use editing and tuning, along with all the other tricks of the trade? Yes, but always with an ear to what sounds right, authentic, and human. My motto is, “leave the right amount of slop.” 

You sure can! But I’ve got 24 years of experience doing this kind of work. I’ve solved a lot of musical and audio problems in my career, so I’m ready for whatever the process brings up. That’s the true value of working with professionals - problem solving and confidence.

While I’m not a songwriter myself, I do understand some of the common pitfalls that can make a song feel disconnected. If more intensive songwriting help is needed, I can connect you with an experienced songwriter for polishing or a co-write for an additional fee.
